In this case public relations will have the opportunity of passing out the message to people out there by saying black is beautiful no matter what, this will also give public relations a chance to reach out to their specific audience in solving this problem and this will change peoples lives and their mindsets, Dove said its recent marketing campaign ''missed mark in representing woman of color thoughtfully." and the campaign sincerely apologizes.

Challenges faced by public relations. 

Dove made an advert on Facebook of a black woman turning white which clearly shows that black skin color is not embraced like a white skin color,public relations had challenges when it comes to taking control on social media the mistake was not suppose to happen from first place and the problem starts when the black woman transforms and turns white.              

Social media for the dove campaign is a good thing because it can build relationships whereby different people can talk and get to know each other an at the same time it can also destroy those relationships by being racist as what happened on the dove advert and also that social media is the cheapest and fastest way of advertising products.

I personally think what dove did to black woman out there wasn't fair at all and that next time it should be extra careful so that it doesn't repeat the same mistake ever again, the company should hire well skilled people and it should double check everything before posting anything in social media and also it should practice what it preach because in this case a lot of woman lost trust and turned there backs on dove, the company apologises but I think its not enough.
