Public relations not not have enough streangths to control the polony that is chasing people,because the problem has emerged in a very bad way and also it wont be easy to convice people who already lost trust over enterprise which makes things difficult in the world of media all 180 lives lost from listeriosis.
The enterprise company should use social media as an advantage to gain their customers trust by posting positive things about the company even though to most people this was a jokes,memes and even jingles people were making fun of the polony.
Social media for the listeriosis case can be a disadvantage in a way that it can set awerness to the public but at the same time people can use it in a bad bad way like making jokes of the polony killing people which will upset families who lost their loved ones over that polony and it was said that it was also found in alcohol.
I personally think that hygine is very important in our everyday lives we should try to keep our hands clean everyday,and if there are any signs of this disease should be attend as early as possible and not forgetting that people who should avoid this disease pregnant woman,young children and people with a weak immune system.
This is a very serious issue, am glad you putting out an awareness because I personally know people who were hospitalized because of it

DeleteMartha, I like the fact that you raised the fact that social media presents an opportunity for public relations people of the enterprise company to restore a favorable reputation because social media is a platform where they will be able to interact directly with the affected stakeholders, track their views on this issue and correct any false speculations and give out what they want the audience to know.
